The "Grounds To Greatness" program is a Community Intervention System formalizing VietFive Coffee’s proven employee development practices into a structured, credential-aligned Career Pathways model designed for replication and scale in partnership & collaboration with other community and corporate organizations.

Grounds to Greatness was founded by Tuan Huynh, whose life journey reflects the very transformation the initiative seeks to create. After spending years incarcerated, Tuan returned home determined to rebuild his life through education, creativity, and purpose. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Conceptual Design and went on to build a successful career as a creative at Leo Burnett, one of the world’s leading advertising agencies.
Driven by a desire to create opportunities for others facing similar barriers, Tuan later founded VietFive Coffee — a mission-driven company built on the belief that business can be a vehicle for community empowerment. Together with his wife Anna, who brings more than two decades of experience in special education, leadership training, and curriculum development, they have grown VietFive Coffee into a thriving platform for impact.
Through Grounds to Greatness, their shared vision is to create real pathways to opportunity for justice-impacted individuals and members of the disability community — providing training, mentorship, and employment that help transform potential into lasting success.
