Grounds to Greatness was born from lived experience, hard-earned resilience, and an unshakable belief in human potential. Founded by Tuan Huynh, this initiative is deeply rooted in a journey that moved from incarceration to corporate leadership and ultimately to entrepreneurship and community impact. After returning home, Tuan rebuilt his life through education, creativity, and opportunity — earning a college degree, building a successful career in corporate America, and later founding a mission-driven coffee company focused on community empowerment.

But success alone was never the goal. The deeper calling was clear:
create the kind of pathways that didn’t exist when the journey began.

Grounds to Greatness exists to bridge the gap between re-entry and real opportunity. Too many individuals returning home from incarceration face barriers to employment, mentorship, and economic mobility — not because of lack of ability, but because of lack of access, support, and belief.

This program was designed to change that.
